Terms and Conditions of 001bet: its rules in plain language

By accessing, creating an account on, or using any service available on the 001bet platform — accessible at the domain 001bet.best — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gaming, which are an integral part of this document.

Acceptance is automatic and occurs at the time of registration or, if earlier, on first access to the platform. If you are under 18 years of age or if the laws of your country of residence prohibit access to online betting services, you are not authorized to use 001bet and must discontinue access immediately.

001bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and use 001bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, as proven by valid documentation;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Reside in Brazil;

Each individual may hold only one active account on 001bet, identified by CPF. Duplicate accounts that are detected — even with different personal details — will be closed without notice, and all balances, including pending winnings, will be cancelled. Duplicate account identification may occur through CPF analysis, IP address, device, gaming behavior, or payment data.

By completing the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or outdated information may result in account suspension pending correction or permanent closure.

001bet is required to verify the identity of its users — a process known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — as part of its compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and consumer protection requirements.

Verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include:

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00, which may vary for specific promotions as stated in each offer's terms. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but amounts exceeding R$ 50,000.00 per transaction may be subject to additional manual review.

001bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by financial institutions are the user's responsibility and are not included in the amount deposited on the platform. Deposits are only credited after payment confirmation by the chosen method.

The available real balance in the account may be withdrawn at any time, provided that:

• The account must have approved identity verification (KYC);
• The requested amount is equal to or greater than the minimum of R$ 30.00;
• The account is active and not blocked due to an investigation or terms violation.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix for keys registered to bank accounts under the same CPF on file at 001bet. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, to methods different from the one used for the deposit in certain cases, or to accounts held in foreign currency.

Once confirmed by the user and accepted by the platform, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled. Confirmation occurs when the user clicks "Confirm bet" and the amount is deducted from the balance. Live bets are subject to the odds in effect at the time of confirmation — odds can change at any moment during the event.

The following situations may result in bet cancellation with a refund of the amount wagered:

• Event cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours;
• Verified technical errors that produced clearly incorrect odds (e.g., odds of 100.00 on a clear favorite due to a system failure);

001bet reserves the right to cap the maximum bet amount per user, per event, or per market at any time, with no prior justification required. Bets exceeding the established limit will only be accepted up to the current limit amount.

The cash out is available on selected bets and allows the user to settle a bet before the final result, receiving a proportional amount based on live odds. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake if the result is unfavorable at that moment.

General rules applicable to all 001bet bonuses:

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 001bet platform if they constitute:

• Financial fraud: use of stolen credit cards, false payment details, or fraudulent chargebacks;
• Match manipulation: attempting to exploit bugs, technical flaws, or system errors to gain an undue advantage;
• Use of automation: use of software, scripts, bots, or any automated tool to place bets, collect data, or interact with the platform;
• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or gain any other undue advantage;
• Bonus abuse: systematic exploitation of promotions in ways contrary to the platform's intent, including betting on opposite outcomes across accounts;
• Money laundering: use of the platform for moving funds of illicit origin;
• Sports insider trading: bets based on insider information about the outcome of sporting events before it becomes publicly available;

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and an investigation. If confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all balances — including winnings — will be cancelled with no right of appeal. Cases that constitute a criminal offence may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You may request the voluntary account closure of your account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at suporte@001bet.best. Prior to closure, any available real balance will be transferred to your bank account via Pix, provided there are no pending verification checks or active investigations.

Accounts with a real balance above R$ 30.00 will have their withdrawal processed automatically within 5 business days of the account closure request. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn upon closure and will be cancelled.

001bet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Substantiated suspicion of fraud or misuse, during the investigation period;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Inactivity for more than 180 days with no positive real balance;
• Order issued by a competent regulatory authority or court.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balances — including the real balance — may be withheld for investigation purposes or cancelled depending on the severity of the conduct. 001bet will notify the user of the decision and the grounds for it, except where prior notification could compromise an ongoing investigation.

001bet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and running smoothly. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

In cases of proven technical failure that directly affected the outcome of a bet or financial transaction, 001bet will review each case individually and may void the affected transactions and refund the corresponding amounts, at its sole discretion.

001bet's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

001bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. That's why we offer responsible gambling accessible directly in account settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period from the request date;
